Analyze a Hydrogen Production process

I am looking for a freelancer to analyze a hydrogen production process for a new enterprise. The desired outcome is to identify any process inefficiencies, and I am expecting a high-level overview of the analysis. This project requires in-depth knowledge and experience in high temperature (>9,000K), high speed (millisecond), hydrogen production, as well as the ability to provide factual insight and provide high-quality deliverables. My goal is to be able to effectively work with the freelancer to review and assess the results of the analysis, so excellent communications and project management skills are a must.
