Amazon Turk project: Need a project manager to coordinate Amazon Turk project

This project is a test to find someone who can help us regularly.
We do a lot of data projects where we have 1000's of rows of data that need verification or research. We are looking for someone that has experience coordinating amazon Turk projects where a "hit" is like $.10 per row of data.
We will only consider people that have had experience running these projects. The project needs to be set up so there is a test to screen out people who are not good at what they do. In addition, only people with 99% success rate will be considered. This can be an ongoing project where we can pay approx. $50 per project for managing it. We need excellent communication skills and fluent in English.
The first project is filling in Universities. Using data in red box, research and fill in data in green box (see screenshot).
