St Albans, England - Looking for a project manager

We are building a 4 x 2-bed mews development in St Albans, Hertfordshire, England. We need someone who can keep an eye on the builder and liaise between the builder and ourselves as the Developer. The role will involve travelling to the site quite a bit so someone nearby to St Alban's would be ideal. Someone who is qualified in the industry would be ideal i.e. Architect, Project Manager, Engineer. Age isn't a limitation we are looking for someone switched-on, smart, willing to learn, hungry. We want to focus on sourcing and financing new deals so we don't want to be bogged down with the on-site problems. We have other projects in the pipeline. This role would suit someone who has some experience but doesn't have to be top rated but also keen to learn. We will consider seriously any applicants.
