Airport Check-in Validation Task
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need someone currently in Italy to help me verify that an airline’s check-in flow works as expected from start to finish. I will purchase a ticket for you—there is no cost involved on your side.
Here is what the job involves:
• Confirm which major Italian airport is closest to you so I can book the right flight.
• Complete the airline’s web check-in as soon as the booking reference arrives.
• Print the boarding pass at home or at the airport kiosk.
• Go through security and reach the boarding gate, allowing the staff to scan the pass. You do not have to board the plane; you are free to leave the airport once the scan is successful;Or continue to enjoy the flight.
• Capture one clear photo at each milestone (web check-in confirmation screen, printed boarding pass in hand, boarding-gate scan completed) and send them to me immediately.
Acceptance criteria
1. All three photos are sharp and time-stamped.
2. The boarding pass details match the booking reference I provide.
3. You note any issues, extra fees, or unexpected prompts encountered during the process.
This is a straightforward on-site task, ideal if you live near Rome Fiumicino, Milan Malpensa, Venice Marco Polo or any other major Italian airport. If you are already comfortable with online check-in systems, the whole assignment should take no more than an hour at the airport plus a few minutes online.
