Air BNB operations manager -- 2

I am specifically looking for a VA physically located in the Americas. Mexico, Central America or South America. i.e. Mexico, Argentina, Columba, etc. I am not considering VA's outside of this region.

VA to oversee Air BNB properties.
Extensive knowledge about Airbnb process needed.
You must have been a co host or have managed an air bnb listing for at least 1 year minimum and I will ask for your listings. If you have Property Management experience that would be helpful as well.

Job duties:
- price syncing , calendar updates on Lodgify and pricelabs and smart bnb.
-responding to Air BNB and Tenant questions
-Project management: Scheduling Air BNB cleaners and maintenance contractor people at the property

Requirements
1. Fluent in English. You will be texting and calling guests, tenants and maintenance contractors in English in Texas.

2. Home office with computer, mobile phone, and reliable high speed internet is required.

IMPORTANT: All times are in US Central Standard Time (CST). Works hours are typically Monday to Friday : 8 hours a day with flexibility on when you work between 7 am to 6 pm.

Sunday work also required because this is when most of our guests check out of Airbnb but flexible times.

Pay
1. First 2 weeks is trial period. Pay is $4/hour.
2. After 2 weeks pay increases to $6-8/hour depending on work experience
3. You get paid every two weeks
4. This is a FULL time job.
