Agile IT Project Manager Needed

I'm in need of an experienced IT Project Manager who has practical know-how in Agile project management. Our team, less than 5 individuals, focuses on an ongoing application project within the transportation sector. We're seeking additional hands to facilitate the process of project coordination.

Responsibilities will include, but is not limited to,
1. Team coordination and communication: Keeping all the members of the team on track, ensuring that every team member understands their role and task.
2. Project planning and scheduling: To make sure that the project is on schedule and within budget, and to adjust as necessary.
3. Risk management and mitigation: Identifying potential risks and planning actions to manage and mitigate them.

Our team is experienced in Jira, so we would prefer if you are knowledgeable and experienced in this platform. In addition, expertise in the transportation industry and experience handling smaller teams will be highly beneficial.
A background in software development will be a plus as it will enable better communication with our team. Your ability to keep the team focused and coordinated while adjusting plans and strategies as necessary will be most beneficial to the outcome of our project.
