About the Project:
- We are looking for an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead our team in the successful execution of a long-term project.
- The project will be managed using the Kanban methodology, so familiarity with this approach is essential.
- Our project team consists of a medium-sized group, ranging from 6 to 10 members.
- The project duration is expected to be long-term, spanning over 7 months or more.

Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain project plans, ensuring tasks are allocated and completed within the specified timeframes.
- Coordinate and collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to Agile principles and best practices, while continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement.
- Adapt and adjust project plans and strategies as necessary to meet changing requirements and priorities.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager, specifically with Kanban methodology.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a medium-sized team.
