Agile Project Analyst for Documentation Creation

In need of a proficient project analyst that's familiar with Agile methodology. INTRODUCTION - One of our clients is undertaking a project that involves several key components. First, a user requirement analysis survey will be conducted before commencing development. This will be followed by software development, with ongoing participatory co-design surveys to ensure user involvement. After completion, a user-experience survey will be conducted to gather feedback. The project also includes enterprise-level compliance testing, product integration with the main ERP software, and enterprise-level end-user product testing.
Prior to starting the project, the client requires the preparation of a business case.

GOAL OF THIS PROJECT - They are seeking an experienced Project Management Analyst with expertise in project management, business case writing, and risk assessment. The business case should consist of five editable documents that address aspects such as timeline, resources, and schedule, allowing for potential changes as needed.

DELIVERABLES - The goal of the project is to create a comprehensive document that outlines the project's goals, scope, risks, schedule, budget, Cost-Benefit Analysis, and success metrics. It should also include a visually appealing Gantt chart or a similar visual tool to depict the project timeline and its major milestones and deliverables.

Additionally, a Quality Management Plan should be developed to detail the quality standards, assurance, and control measures that will be implemented to ensure the project's deliverables meet the required standards.

A Risk Assessment document is crucial to identify potential risks, assess their likelihood and impact, and establish contingency plans. This document should be considered a living document, updated throughout the project's lifecycle to address new risks as they arise.

Lastly, the Closure Criteria document should clearly define the conditions that must be fulfilled for the project to be considered complete and successfully closed.

To achieve these objectives, the client aims to hire a skilled freelancer who can effectively manage the project and deliver the desired results.
