Smartsheet Expert Needed – 5 Lessons + Help Building Project Dashboards

Description:

We are a small but growing workforce company starting to use Smartsheet to manage our operations.
We want to learn how to use Smartsheet more effectively and build a clear system for our projects.

We’re looking for a Smartsheet expert who can:

Give around 5 practical lessons (in English) focused on dashboards, portals, and reports.

Help us build one example project dashboard and one company overview dashboard.

Share ideas for automations and better system structure.

Goal:

Each project should have its own dashboard showing everything related to that project, such as:

Workers (statuses: working, approving, standby, vacation, terminated, etc.)

Cars and tools connected to the project

Invoice and cost information

Any other related data from different Smartsheet tables

We also want one main dashboard that shows an overview of all projects together.

If collaboration goes well:

We’ll continue with more Smartsheet development — creating automations, reports, notifications, and system improvements.

Requirements:

Strong experience with Smartsheet dashboards, reports, and automations

Clear English communication and ability to teach step-by-step

Experience with workforce or project management systems is a plus

Format:

5 online lessons (45–60 minutes each) via Zoom or Google Meet.
You will guide us through practical learning while building real dashboards.
