Adaptive SSC/RRB Study Planner

I need an end-to-end, adaptive study system that can take a learner from zero to final selection in SSC CGL and RRB NTPC. The core of the job is a personalised study plan and set of daily goals with hourly targets, all tied to a real-time tracker that continually updates the projected “date of selection” based on the student’s performance. If scores dip or jump, the plan must automatically adjust so every day’s workload stays realistic yet ambitious.
The tracker may live in Google Sheets, a custom web dashboard, a mobile app, or any combination that best supports friction-free updates and quick data visualisation; the format is flexible as long as it is intuitive and instantly shareable. Every skill required to achieve an IIT-level grasp of the SSC CGL and RRB NTPC syllabus—Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness, Reasoning Ability and beyond—should be mapped into the timetable so the student always knows what, when and how much to study.
Deliverables
• Dynamic study timetable: daily and hourly slots, colour-coded for task priority
• Real-time progress dashboard: performance graphs, target vs. actual hours, auto-adjusting selection date
• Clear micro-targets: topic-wise objectives with expected accuracy and speed benchmarks
• Support framework: guidelines for doubt-resolution, periodic mock tests and feedback cycles
Acceptance criteria
• Plan imports the student’s starting level and produces an initial selection date.
• Entering new test scores instantly recalculates workloads and the target date.
• All data remains accessible and editable by both mentor and student on desktop and mobile.
• Documentation explains how to extend or tweak the system for future cohorts.
Once these pieces are in place, a teacher or mentor can simply plug in the student’s scores and guide them day-to-day while the system does the heavy lifting on scheduling and tracking.
