- Track progress and provide feedback, guidance and support.
- Help me set and adjust goals where needed.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in life coaching or accountability coaching.
- Project management experience.
- Understanding of health and fitness, career development, and personal finance.
- Ability to set realistic and achievable goals.
- Empathetic and motivating coaching style.
