Project Description:
I am seeking a qualified freelancer (for example, an electrical engineer, CAD designer, or permitting specialist) to prepare specific electrical plans and documentation for an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) project to meet the requirements of the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP). The deliverables must comply with LADWP standards and be submitted in PDF format. This project is time-sensitive, and all documents must be accurate and complete to ensure a meter spot inspection can proceed once framing is complete.
Requirements:
Plot Plan: Create a detailed plot plan showing each address on the property. The plan must clearly indicate the layout and relevant details as per LADWP standards.
Load Schedule: Prepare a load schedule for each address on the property, detailing the electrical load calculations for all dwelling units.
Single Line Diagram: Develop a single line diagram for each address, illustrating the electrical system layout and connections in accordance with LADWP requirements.
Form Completion: Fill out all provided LADWP forms for every dwelling unit on the property, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Submission Format: All documents (plot plan, load schedule, single line diagram, and forms) must be submitted in PDF format only.
