ADD-ON: BA/PM Weekly Support, QA Resources & Post-Launch Services
Budget: $1,500 – $2,300 USD
Provide ongoing BA/PM and QA support alongside post-launch maintenance and fixes for the existing product. This add-on is structured as recurring weekly support with additional post-launch deliverables.
Scope:
-BA/PM weekly support (project coordination, requirements, and oversight)
-QA testing support on a weekly cycle
-Post-launch support including bug fixes and maintenance (1 month after launch)
-Code repository handover and related deliverables
Structure:
-Weekly BA/PM and QA resources billed per week
-Post-launch support and code deliverables billed separately as milestone payments
Initial setup includes 1 BA/PM milestone and 1 QA milestone
