Project Archiving

Hi, my company has ~400 projects which need to be archived. Archiving consists of downloading the emails from outlook and transferring each project folder from our working drive to our archive drive. We have a list of project numbers which correspond to each project folder. The emails also reside in folders on our outlook server which have the same project number as a name.
