About this project
My name is Denny Sargent. I am a published author with over 17 books on spirituality, mythology, and esoteric topics published through multiple traditional publishers. I am republishing a selected portion of my back catalog under my own account on PublishDrive and need a skilled freelancer to manage the complete process from start to finish.
I want to be upfront: I am not technical at all. I do not know the tools, the file formats, or the platforms. That means this is entirely on you to manage, explain in plain English, and see through to completion. I need someone who will take full ownership of the process, check in with me regularly without me having to chase you, and keep me informed at every step — even when things are going smoothly. Clear, proactive communication is the single most important quality I am looking for.
What I need
For each of the 9 titles listed below I need:
A clean, professional EPUB — reflowable, properly structured chapters and headings, metadata embedded, no formatting artifacts
A print-ready PDF interior — formatted to the correct trim size with proper margins, gutter, and bleed for print-on-demand
Upload to my PublishDrive account with correct metadata: title, author name, description, categories, pricing, and distribution channels
A simple project tracker spreadsheet showing the status of each title as we go
The file situation
Many of my original manuscript files are no longer in my possession. Some titles may be available through internet archives, Google Books, or other online sources. I need a freelancer with experience recovering and cleaning text from partial or imperfect sources — scanned PDFs, archive files, or similar — and producing clean professional output from them. If a file genuinely cannot be recovered please flag it early so we can discuss options together.

Old copyright page removed and replaced with a new one listing Denny Sargent as copyright holder, current year
Clean title page and table of contents where applicable
Author bio at the back — I will supply the text
A list of other titles by Denny Sargent in the back matter
Remove any old publisher ads, back-list pages, or outdated contact information
PublishDrive setup per title
Author name: Denny Sargent (or Aion 131 for the three Libers)
Distribution: Amazon, Apple Books, Kobo, Barnes & Noble, Google Play at minimum
Pricing and descriptions: I will supply per title

Bulk rate and payment
This is a 9-book project with strong potential for more. I am looking for a freelancer who offers a per-book bulk rate that reflects the volume. Please quote both a per-book rate and a full project total. Payment will be made through Freelancer Milestones in batches of 2–3 books upon my approval of each batch. I do not pay the full amount upfront.
What I am looking for
Direct experience with PublishDrive — not just KDP or Smashwords
Ability to produce both EPUB and print-ready PDF interiors
Experience recovering or cleaning files from internet archives or degraded sources
Knowledge of print-on-demand margin, bleed, and gutter requirements
Proactive, plain-English communication — you must follow up with me regularly, not wait for me to ask
Ability to take full ownership of the technical process end to end
Bonus: familiarity with esoteric, occult, or spiritual nonfiction

This is a legitimate republishing project for an established author reclaiming his own back catalog. All 9 titles in scope are solely authored by Denny Sargent. I have over 17 books total and am actively working through the process on additional titles. If we work well together on this initial batch I would very much like to continue working with you on all remaining titles — this could be a long-term ongoing relationship for the right person. Strong communicators who take initiative, follow through, and keep me informed without being asked will be given first priority when the next batch is ready.
