Progressive web app project

Fit or not is social project where you can post your pictures or rate others.
I don't need a design. All the designs are ready.
I need a person in coding side. The person will implement the designs and handover me the finished project

About
you are starting with a membership page which should be related with instagram Facebook or google .Membership is not mandatory to rate. You can't post a picture without opening a membership but you can rate others picture without till 3 pictures every day. if you want to rate more be member

The users relation between them is just voting and following no more

ranking daily weekly monthly
ranking among your followers , country age range, worldwide, gender

you can use any kind of coding skills
While uploading the project to the server I recommend you to set up the system divide the pictures in coding different places.
