Project Title: PWA Web Application - Platform Dashboard Quiz- Test Portal

I have attached a document to this listing , send me your previous gallery , work projects. I'm looking to get this done within 30 Days. My schedule is in CST , Monday , Thursday 930PM-1130PM .

We can do this in 2-3 milestones if needed to, lets build from scratch , make a foundation and add on features at the end. Looking to integrate payment gateway as well , like a SAAS .

Features Required for the Platform Dashboard:
- User management: Ability to register and manage user accounts for accessing the quiz and test portal.
- Quiz creation and management: A feature to create and manage quizzes, including adding questions, answer choices, and scoring.
- Test result tracking: Ability to track and record the results of the quizzes taken by users.

Quiz Format:
- Multiple Choice: Implementing a multiple-choice format for the quizzes.

Specific Functionality for the Quiz:
- Time limit: Incorporating a time limit for each quiz to ensure time-bound completion.
- Instant feedback: Providing immediate feedback to users after submitting their quiz answers.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in PWA (Progressive Web Application) development.
- Knowledge of web application development frameworks.
- Experience in creating and managing user accounts and permissions.
- Familiarity with quiz and test creation tools and techniques.
- Understanding of implementing time limits and instant feedback features in quizzes.
