Gift Personalization Progressive Web App Development

We are seeking a skilled developer to create a Progressive Web Application (PWA) focused on gift personalization. The project involves both front-end and back-end development, along with setting up a database (one of the free DB, eg DynamoDB) on an AWS server. A detailed screen flow will be provided to guide the design and functionality.
Importance is at experience in doing the gift personalization, where user will be provided with the product as background, and multiple stickers will be provided. It should allow user to freely drag and drop all these stickers onto the product. Rearrage them. Resize & rotate them while maintaining aspect ratio (!! very important). Drag out to delete/remove. Upon confirmation, will generate a PDF file of the final design layout.
The site should use paypal as payment portal.
The site should have email notification system. Possible using AWS's SES.
The project will be divided into 3-week milestones to ensure timely delivery and iterative feedback. Ideal candidates will have experience in building PWAs and working with AWS.
