Convert PWA to Native Apps

My progressive web app is already live on the web, and now I need installable builds for both Android (APK) and iOS. You can view and test the PWA directly online, but I don’t currently have an export of the source code; part of the job is guiding me on how best to retrieve or reconstruct what’s needed so you can wrap it cleanly.

Once the assets are in place, I want the app packaged—using whichever framework you prefer (Capacitor, Cordova, Flutter WebView, etc.)—so the final builds pass store validation and install smoothly on real devices.

Deliverables
• Production-ready Android APK
• Production-ready iOS build (IPA or Xcode archive)
• Brief hand-off notes covering the build steps so I can reproduce future updates
