simple program to send pictures from PC file to mobile automatically

I'm looking for an experienced freelancer to develop a program which will automatically send pictures from my computer to my mobile. The program should be able to send colored images, and operate at an average speed. I do not need to provide any source code, as I only need the application. Ultimately, the program should enable me to quickly and easily transfer images from my computer to any application in and assigned mobile automatically, with no complications.
