We are looking at real estate reports: They all have the same framework but vary in their specific structure (Normally structured in - overall introduction, location analysis, object area analysis, building analyses etc.) We need about 25 defined information out of the files ( example for them would be, price of the object, living space, building type, heating type, but also information given in sentences like whether the object is located on contaminated site) All reports are in German. Please tell me: 1. How would you do this? 2. What language are you using? 3. Do you have example of similar work? 4. What extraction rate do you expect? 5. What timeframe will it take? 6. Can you provide a user interface? 7. Can you give out the data via API? The model need to train itself. Please provide a fixed price and reference and answer all my questions.
