new cash register to be programmed for new business

I am in need of a skilled freelancer to program a new cash register for my business. Currently, I have an electronic cash register and I need to reprogram it to include sales reporting capabilities. I have put in departments/ products in the system, but need a bit more refining.
The freelancer will need to be well-versed in programming, as they will be responsible for creating the order entry screens, reporting functions, and the customer loyalty program. The system should also be able to manage front-end operations such as issuing receipts, Additionally, they will need to configure the system to my business's unique needs, ensuring optimal accuracy and reliability.
This is a non branded cash register, I have the manual but need help.
