I need a programmer for F53-F56 Fujitsu dispenser

I have an infokiosk with a F53-F56 banknote dispenser. I need to develop a module witch receive a VALUE from my program and return "Success" or "Fail"+error code, as the payment is ok or not. The module receive the money from the user and return the difference between the VALUE and the sum of banknotes received by the dispenser.
