I need a Skyrim Modder and programmer. 50k+ CAD

I’m looking to supper modded Skyrim with all the old elder scrolls series maps with Skyrim into 1 game with all quests armour weapons etc, and I’m also looking to add all the world of Warcraft maps in Skyrim also with all the armours quests items weapons etc. Looking to also make it multiplayer/online. I want the game to be in first person prospective and also want all the races from wow playable same with the elder scrolls series, Looking for the game to be photorealistic and to have wow mounts the elder scrolls mounts and etc like a super game, all in first person prospective, then I would also want it modded into be where you use a game pad and you can see the characters body not just it’s hands. How much would this monstrosity cost.
