This paper is about the description and implementation of an optimized channel split method—towards real-time
and on-demand data broadcast scheduling. The implementation can be done in C/C++, Python, Java, OMNET++, ns-2, J-Sim or any other tool.
A technical report describing the algorithm we are implementing, pieces of code or pseudocode from the implementation of the general algorithm as well as the individual algorithms, and graphs with measurements for various values are also requested.
