IT degree Tutor for Beginner

I'm looking for an experienced IT tutor to help my student who has just started University. The tutor should be proficient in IT subjects like programming, DBMS, Systems Design and able to explain concepts in a clear and engaging way. Patience and teaching experience are essential. Tutor must have a degree in IT or CS field. Best if the tutor has Masters degree.
