- The signals and data collected by wearable devices include PPG signal, ECG signal, accelerometer signal, and heart rate.
- The processing methods include alignment, data quality assessment, data correction, and calibration.
- Align the data from multiple devices to the same timeline.
- Assess the quality of each signal or data and classify the “good” data and “bad” data.
- Correct “bad” data.
- Compare PPG-derived heart rate to the reference heart rate value from gold-standard device to obtain the calibration accuracy.
- Visualize the data streams and the processed results
