creating a prgram for sheduling work for doctors -- 2
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a program where i can generate a monthly schedule for doctors to work each day.
Global rules:
1. each day will need 6 doctors, for 6 positions: Toran1, Toran2, Toran3, Toran4, Conan1, Conan2
2. same doctor cant be on 2 positions on same day.
3. doctors who works in position Toran2,toran3 cant be working next day
4. doctors who works in position Toran1 cant be working next day on position toran1,toran2,toran3, they still can be on conan 1 or conan2.
5. doctors will be 5 groups ( same doctor can be more than 1 group )
6. toran1 only from group 1, toran 2 --> only from group 2 , toran 3--> only from group 3, Toran4 only from group4, Conan1 and 2 only from group 5.
7. if specific position an any day cant find a doctor, the word "missing" should be printed.
individual rules:
1. each doctor will have individual rules ( days he cant be, days he want to be , maximum days per month in a certain position ). maximum days of toran1,2,3 are shared, maximum days of toran4,conan1,conan2 are seperate
The program should have the ability for me to change groups, Month, Year.
each month i will need to input the individual requests.
the programing language u chose does not matter.

- Strong programming skills in Python or JavaScript
- Ability to create user-friendly interfaces
- Familiarity with database management
I am open to suggestions and any programming language can be used for this project. Please provide a quote and estimated timeline for completion.
Note: payment will be released only after complete testing of the program. only if the program meets all conditions i will release payment.
Note2: attached a file in python that previously was done by another freelancer who didnt complete the job. you can use it if u want.
