Zohobooks Qoute/ Project/ purchase order

I need to add a countdown feature in Zoho Books for Quotes, Projects, and Purchase Orders.
Quotes: When a new quote is created, a deadline should automatically be added so the procurement team is alerted and can submit on time.
Projects: Once a quote is accepted and converted to a project, the deadline should carry over, and a visible countdown should be displayed for the team to track timely delivery.
Purchase Orders: When a purchase order is issued, I also need a countdown to monitor delivery status.
