I am looking for a software solution that will...
1. upload files from several Raspberry Pi or Windows directories in different locations to a AI voice to text transcription API, these devices may or may not have a static IP address. I have manually used google and the results are acceptable, I am open to using others. The files to be uploaded are .wav and can be .mp3. We don't every short message to be transcribed, just those longer than 10 seconds and disregard shorter. The message duration can be longer than 60 seconds. The file name contains time and other data, this would be good to be included in the alert sent.
2. the words in the results need to be checked against an updatable database of keywords, a SMS and email alert containing the entire message transcript should sent to multiple phones and emails if a keyword is matched. A mobile device friendly web application behind a login would be good to allow revision of messages.

4. I'm understand I will need web hosting etc
5. I understand there will be ongoing costs for the API and hosting.
