VPN program

I need to have developed a program that can run automatically on a windows 10 computer that can do following .
I have about 50 different VPNs on my computer. I need a program that can login on the different vpn and then open my chrome browser, open a specific website:
. Then visit all pages on the website. Also open all external links on the website and accept all cookies from the external websites. After that closes all the websites and clear the chrome browser from cookies, close the chrome browser and then do that exact same thing with the next vpn and just continue. The vpn shall always to a vpn server from Denmark when launching.
The reason is to inflated the visits on the website and the marketing statistics regarding click on the affiliate links on the site.
Also I need it to do the exact same thing on other computer with the opera, Firefox and edge browser.
Also let my now if it is possible to do it also on Mac computer’s, android phone’s and tablets and iPhone and iPads and what that will cost extra.
