USDT Simulation Program for Bank Trade – Confidential Project

We are seeking a highly skilled programmer to develop a complete USDT simulation system for bank trade. While some coding has been contributed by others globally, this project requires producing the entire program from start to finish. Once the program is fully completed, the programmer will need to run the program and send test transactions to our trade floor wallets. These tests must ensure that the USDT simulation is 100% identical in all elements to USDT itself. The system must also pass full bank compliance, trade compliance, and legal department reviews. Due to the sensitive nature of this work, it will be 100% private and confidential, with a full NDA required before accessing any details. Payment will only be released upon successful completion, testing, and approval through all compliance processes.
