I start to say that the budget is fixed and no rum for negotiation and i will reject the freelancer who disappears in the middle of a conversation.
The objective is to create a WhatsApp and telegram bot I know for a fact that it is only copying the same script for Telegram so there is no writing again.
The bot will have a client register and main part and a client main management section where it is possible to add, update and remove different functions in the chat.
50% of admin management has been done in Python/Django by a great developer who got sick, the server is ready, WhatsApp API fully working, and Twilio account.
I need someone to finish the rest of the job in admin and the WhatsApp & Telegram buttons.
Need Installation, backup function in the admin section, and documentation with instructions on how to install and maintain the admin and the bot in the future.
The deadline is 6 days starting today.
