Touch screen reptile terrarium

I’m in the process of building a new terrarium for my chameleon. A tank the size I want, can run upwards of $2000. if I’m going to spend that, I might as well make a Custom tank with all the features I want. The main thing I dislike about my current set up for him is the massive knot of wires for lights, humidity controllers, timers and foggers. I wanted to program a logic controller or raspberry pi to control a majority if not all of the functions of his current tank. I would just need to figure out the humidity controller and how to get voltage back to the computer. Other than that I would be able to get every thing else turned on and off by the computer if i knew how to program it. Basically I want a program that can control relays to turn on and off heat lights and uvb lights at a certain time, turn on and off foggers depending on humidity and read out temperatures of the tank, as well as reading out all data on a screen.
