Technical Assistant / Junior Developer Collaborator (Long-Term Partnership)

* **(Nice to Have)** Located in the U.S. for smoother time-zone overlap and cultural alignment
Role Expectations:
* Engage in an at-will working arrangement — either side may discontinue the collaboration at any time.
* Work closely with our Lead Coordinator, who oversees onboarding, task assignments, communication, and day-to-day workflow.
* Maintain a professional, respectful, and organized approach to all work and interactions.
* Support technical tasks such as simple coding assignments, troubleshooting, documentation, and process coordination.
