Secure Scripted Word Automation in MS WORD Only

Hello, I am running very small teams with 5 members just. I am seeing that after sharing my original word file to my team members, the files are over-shared to other third persons as well. I need a script that can be included in a microsoft word file so that it becomes possible whenver my file is shared via gmails I track that gmail addresses through which the file is shared
