Robot for appointment

I need a robot to be able to book an appointment at the German Embassy in Armenia the fastest of all.The robot must solve the security image code(captcha), enter personal information, then solve the second security image code(captcha) and book the time.
Note: The time reservation section of the site is available at certain times.unfortunately i haven't information about that.
