Provide code and technical documentation for Sankyo ICT3Q8

I want to use a 'Sankyo ICT3Q8' for the whole purpose of reading a custom card with magnetic stripe, return unknown cards and deduct cards that have been read, otherwise. I need to know how to connect the machine to my PC and how to interact with it.
