Post all trades in Telegram taken in SIERRA CHART

I'm looking for someone who can create this. Every trade I open close etc.. in Sierra Charts, post them in Telegram Channel.
I found an article that talks about this but I'm not familiar with this.

When an order is placed on Sierra charts, it will automatically send an alert to the telegram that the order was placed at this price and on this instrument. If an order has an OCO bracket, it should say also include a stop and a profit target. If an order is filled at a stop or profit target, it should send a telegram message telling you what happened, either the order was hit by a stop, (would be nice to calculate how many points I made total or a loss,) or if it hit a profit target. If the order was placed and canceled or modified to different price it should send a message to telegram as well
Very important that this doesn't use a new connection with username and password, but must connect DTC Bridge.
