Pinescript Conversion: TradingView to NinjaTrader -- 2
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need assistance to convert my TradingView script into a format that can be utilized on NinjaTrader. The original script involves features specific to futures trading, primarily focussing on two exponential moving averages (EMAs).
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge of both TradingView pinescript and NinjaTrader programming
- Familiarity with futures trading
- A history of successful pinescript to NinjaTrader conversions
- A good understanding of EMAs and their application in futures trading
Tasks to Complete:
- Decipher and understand the existing TradingView script
- Replicate the features accurately on NinjaTrader
- Verify functionality and comparability with the original script.
It is based on 2 moving averages, one fast and one slow. They would user selectable - EMA, SMA, etc. Each EMA can be set separately a timeframe.
The result is displayed in a bar that will be in a separate pane. The display will be the delta of the two EMAs and user selectable color.
An example would be that I could set a 5M 50 EMA (Fast) and a 15M 200 EMA (Slow). If the 50 is over the 200, the band would be green, and if it was below, it would be red. The width of the band would be the delta of the two EMAs. It would always plot on the same horizon (zero delta) however the width of the band would change based on delta - a wide red band would be a large delta of fast EMA below the Slow, whereas a thin green band would be a small delta of the 50 above the 200. See attached screenshot. Pincescript can be provided if helpful.
since these are two simple EMAs, it might be easier to just code in NT. Conversion of the pinescript is not necessary as long as the result is the same.
I look forward to working with a professional who's experienced in this sort of task and can provide smooth, error-free conversion. Your expertise in this area will be a valuable asset to my project.
