PDF files with expiry date

I am looking for a freelancer who can create PDF files with an expiry date to limit access to certain documents. The files should be non-editable and expire after a period of time (e.g. 30 days). I do not want password protection or watermarking, just a simple expiration date. Also the recepient of the file should be able to open it without the need to have any ad hoc software previously installed.
