Multiple print commands

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with a project that involves multiple print commands. The purpose of these print commands is to print documents, specifically PDF files. The documents will be printed en masse, meaning multiple documents will be printed at once.
I need a program written that will allow me to open a folder in the same way you would windows explorer. The program would recognize PDF documents and would allow me to print each pdf in a particular order, to 2 or more printers. I have 2-3 printers I can print to, network or hardwired. I want to tell the program to print these 6 documents, in a particular order, on one printer. And these 5 documents on a separate printer. I need to be able to assign each document a particular order to print in and be able to select from a drop down all eligible printers. Is this something you can do?
