IoT LED Controller Integration

I need an experienced raspberry pi programmer/developer to create an addressable LED controller integrated with a Yodeck CMS portal for an IoT message board. The LED controller should trigger the appropriate light color in sync with the media being streamed.

Requirements:
- Integration with Yodeck CMS
- Addressable LED control
- Trigger light colors based on streaming media on the raspberry pi.
