My concept of the system is as follows:
The system works by surveying patients according to a pre-developed scheme, and obtaining their answers for subsequent processing and analysis of the data.
It is assumed that to obtain reliable information, it will be necessary to ask about 300-500 questions. As you know, it is very difficult to answer such a number of questions while maintaining a high level of concentration. To overcome this situation, the questions will be divided into separate blocks of 30-50 questions, respectively, there will be about 10 of these blocks. There should be a way to give the user the opportunity to go through one block of questions, and then take a break for some time so that the person can have a rest. When the patient returns to filling out the questionnaire for the next block, the system should identify them and not ask the already completed blocks again.
The questions should be asked taking into account the logic of the branching of the questionnaire. For example, a man does not need to be asked about menstruation and childbirth, and a woman does not need to be asked about erectile problems (this is just an example of what I mean).
The system should work online. The questionnaires should work on some knowledge base, which is either located on my hosting and on my domain, or somewhere in a reliable cloud (for example, Google or Microsoft). Can an Excel file be used as such a knowledge base, or is there something else more convenient?
The answers of patients should be recorded in a database, which is also located either on my hosting and domain name (MySQL ?), or in the cloud in some other form of database.
After the data collection is complete, the information should be processed as counting of coefficients, accumulation of points, and other processing. After that, all processed data is sent to the doctor in the form of readable text that is easy to understand.
It is desirable that all these processes occur automatically, without the participation of the doctor, and he receives only the final result. In which component of the system will such processing occur?
There should be a daily need to correct the questionnaires on my part without the participation of the technical creator of the system (otherwise I will be forced to daily pull him over for trifles). At the same time, it is necessary to take into account that I have no experience in programming, so the work with the system should be as simple as possible for me.
How can such a system be organized most rationally taking into account modern computer technologies:
Use ready-made forms (Google, Microsoft) with subsequent data processing? How then to automate all this?
Or is it better to use chatbots to conduct surveys?
Are there other, more rational possibilities?
These are the questions. This is not yet an order for the development of the system, but only a consultation. But this is an important consultation, since it will depend on whether it is worth doing all this at all. How much will your consultation cost?
