Heart of iron 4 alternate history mod.

I need somebody to do the code work.
I can help out but at the pace I'm doing it its gonna take too long.
It is a mod for the game Heart of iron 4 mod. It plays in the year 2028
technologies havent advanced yet since in the lore(I wrote)
Wars ended earlier and there was no WW2. leading to a strong focus of intranty and few tanks.
Overall I made manuscripts for the lore
mindmaps for the focus trees.

I just need a modder who can reliably and quick make focus tree's, Technologies and more.
