FIAS Protocol Developer Needed

I need an experienced developer to create an interface with hotel PMS using the FIAS protocol.
Key Requirements:
- Run FIAS commands like GC and GO
- Parse data sent by PMS on FIAS interface
- Integrate with WiFi for functionalities like guest authentication, bandwidth management, and usage tracking
