Excel Integration with Astrology Software

I am unsure what language I need this programmed in so have not tagged this with any specific programming language. I just need this to work on a windows machine.

I'm looking for an expert in Excel and astrology software integration. The primary task involves data import/export between the two platforms (excel and astrolog.org software). Please note, the data to be transferred/extracted encompasses specific fields from the astrolog software.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel and creating macros
- Experience with astrolog.org software or with any astrology software that uses swiss ephemeris
- Data management skills
- programming skills to pull out data from astrolog.org (https://astrolog.org/astrolog.htm)
- be able to connect data from excel and the astrology software

I will be placing dates and times into excel, and then I want to click a button and extract out info from astrolog.org software and paste it into the excel worksheet. The data I want to extract is the aspect list from astrolog.org software (both helio and geo)

I can give exact instructions of what I require once I have got a shortlist of developers I want to proceed with. First I need to know who has familiarity with any type of astrology software. I can then give more detailed information and can then get an accurate bid from you
