Create a British Cup in Football Manager Editor 2021

I need someone who has a STEAM account, and they have the game or have access to the game Football Manager Editor 2021 to do what I need. Before anyone bids and asks, no I will not give you my STEAM username and password!
I need someone to create a British Cup.
For all competitions there are no restrictions on how many loans players you can play in a match ect. I want all of them to have no extra time and just straight to penalties in the cup if they are drawing.
For the British Cup I want it to include:
All the English teams from Premier League to League 2.
All the Scottish teams from the SPL to League 2
All the Welsh teams from Cymru Premier, Cymru North and South.
All Northern Irish teams from NIFL Premiership and NIFL Championship.
All teams from Gibraltar Premier Division.
The British Cup starts with these rounds and these teams are in them:
Round 1: NIFL Championship (12 teams in total).
Round 2: Winners of Round 1, all teams from English Championship, League 1 and 2, Scottish Championship, League 1 and 2, Cymru North and Cymru South (140 teams).
Round 3: Winners for round 2 and all teams from Gibraltar Premier Division (80 teams).
Round 4: Winners of round 3 and all the teams from Cymru Premier and NIFL Premiership (64 teams).
Round 5: winners from round 4 and all teams from the English Premier League and Scottish Premier League (64 teams).
Round 6: Winners from round 5 (32 teams).
Round 7: Winners from round 6 (16 teams).
Quarter Final: Winners from round 7 (8 teams).
Semi-Final: Winners from the quarter final (4 teams)
Final: Winners from the semi-final (2 teams).
The final is always held at Wembley Stadium and the semi finals are held at Hampden Park or the Millennium Stadium.
