Create AWS app that login to a website every hour, monitors a calendar for changes, and send text when changes

Create AWS app that logins to a website every hour. Website is a timeshare website for a boat. Monitor the website's calendar and track which days the boat is reserved. When a day goes from being reserved to being available, send a text to my phone alerting me to the opening of reservation (date & time).

Help implement this onto my AWS account and give me a brief overview of how it works so that I can make future edits.
