Building a review analyzer

Our company produces electric bikes. We have received lots of digital written reviews (~10k) on our services from the mobile application we provide. We would like to analyze them to extract featured data to increase the performance of our company. We need an application to analyze the incoming reviews from our application to:
1. Find the satisfaction level for each user review
2. Extract common issues in the customer services and put reviews in related categories
